Good day gamers,

I got a chance to play some Downforce on Board Game Arena.

Interestingly, this is my first time playing with people I don’t know. I just started a game and the program searched for players and that was that, I was in the game.

I only had good cards for the green car and as it was picked last, I did get it for just $1, but then it ended up coming in last place. Whenever I had an opportunity to do a big play with Green, it was blocked by other cars. It was a little frustrating.

However, I did come in 2nd place in the game, which is pretty cool. I was able to do that, because I bet on other cars efficiently.

I like Downforce, because with experienced players, it could be a 30-40 minute game. It has the feel of racing, but it is more of a betting game. Simple enough, colorful enough, some strategy, and good for 10+.

I give Downforce Seven ‘cards with wilds on them’.
