Good day gamers,

This game is a classic! It seems I play it with friends about once every 18 months. There is a decent website called www.Civ.Rol-Play.com. It’s not perfect, but it does a decent job of running the game. It would be great if this thing could come out on Board Game Arena.

I was winning the first 50% of the game and since I won the last game (Both games took about eight months to play), I guess people got sick of me and they would not trade with me in the second half of the game. I also ended having the brunt of many calamities late in the game. I ended up in fourth place out of eight. Still good enough I guess. However, we had three (?) new players.

I still had a lot of fun and the smack talking on Discord was great.

Congrats to Rich and GG to everyone else. I hope I get to play again in the next year or so.

I give Advanced Civilization an Level Nine Ivory card up for a favorable trade! No calamities please.
