Good day gamers,

Been playing some games on Steam and Vassal:

• CIV 4 with two friends. Finally we are playing a competitive game where you don’t need to be in the lead of the other AI players, you just need to be in the lead of the human players when one human player is eliminated or the game ends.
• Playing some Empire of the Sun on Vassal.
• Teaching a friend and playing some Dominions 5.
• Learning Unconditional Surrender on Vassal.

Been watching a lot of Netflix, Disney Plus and HBOGo:

• Hamilton, of course. The only reason why I got Disney Plus.
• Mandalorian. Finished episode 6. Can’t wait to finish.
• Unsolved Mysteries. I’ve always been a fan of true crime series. Some of these episodes are truly disturbing. I with I knew something that could help out the families of the victims.
• 1776. Rented online for $4 last night and watched with Ginger for July 4th. I didn’t know she was a big fan of the movie. She knew almost every song and was singing along. Wow. I learned something new about Ginger last night.

Happy Belated 4th of July! I hope you all had a safe and good holiday. It is not easy out there right now. We all are struggling in so many ways. I do hope you got a chance to be with family or friends, safely, maybe virtually and had a chance to laugh, learn something new, share something and enjoy the day.

In watching Hamilton on Friday night and 1776 on Saturday night, it was an interesting perspective into that time period of the American Revolution. Personal thoughts, religion, crisis, family, patriotism, anger, friendship, financial status, self-awareness, happiness, satisfaction, independence, economy, slavery, representation, what the future holds and more, were all heavy on the minds of millions at that time. Not much is different today. We still struggle with finding the best in life and balance it with the things that worry us as well as maintaining our responsibilities. We need to be brave and work hard for what we want this country to be in the future. Keep up the fight, but also be thankful for what we have, because of those that walked before us.
