Still a tough week. News, news, news. Again, I’m staying away from politics in the semi-daily blog, so all I’m going to say is vote. No matter what party you belong to, one of the ways to voice your opinion is to vote. If you need to get your absentee ballot, because of the pandemic, do it soon.
Postal Record: Yeah! I kept it secret to all my friends, but I was interviewed by the Postal Record about my board gaming hobby. Bethpage Library Board Game Night: Our monthly board gaming night at the Bethpage Library is this Friday, 6/5/2020, 6:30pm. Game Master Ginger and I will be demoing Quoridor and Takenoko. Both of these games are available to take out from the Bethpage Library when they open up again and you can play them online as well. The Facebook Event Page is here. Out of the Park Baseball 21: I am trying my first OOTP league play and I’m getting hammered! I’m starting out the season 4-13. Oh well. I need a closer and my batters are all batting horribly. It’s still early in the season or at least that is what I’m telling myself. 🙂 Have you played OOTP? Any pointers for a noob? I’m hoping to learn more about this game and run my own league someday.
I just upgraded my internet and then I lost connection on my phone in the middle of my Facebook LIVE show. That was annoying. At least my Hearts of Iron Twitch show earlier went pretty well. Thank you to all that signed onto my streaming tonight. Give yourself +50 XP. 🙂
