Good day gamers,

Game Master Ginger and I, as well as our whole Game Master Games family wish you a Happy Holiday season!

Whether you celebrate or not, we all deserve a peaceful time of family, food, fun, gaming, quiet time, reflection, and celebration.

Please be mindful that the holidays are not joyful for everyone. There are lots of stressors, memories, losses, and sadness during this time of year. So, it is important as fellow human beings that we stand by, be supportive, help one another, and just be present to those around us.

My Mom has always said, and once again she said last night during our family celebrations, “Your presence is the best present.”

So, be present. Be aware. Observe. Help. Celebrate or not. It’s ok to celebrate alone. It’s ok to celebrate quietly. It’s ok to celebrate enthusiastically or crazily. Wear that ugly sweater. Watch that movie. Drink that hot cocoa and have an extra piece of pie. Donate your time. Invite people to join you. Have fun. And if possible, teach a game. 🙂
